You will need a free Chat GPT / Open AI account to interact with the Rough Cut Custom GPT. OpenAI generally limits the number of interactions to 30 requests an hour for users with basic free plans. Much greater access is available if you sign up for a paid account (from which I receive no percentage or payment).
